General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what your family had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, your mother might be having NG sepsis or acute renal shut down leading to events of metabolic acidosis, uremic coagulopathy or encephalopathy which may have contributed to her last events.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
